In 2014 the facilities maintenance division was established under the umbrella of  the DPW.  This division is responsible for the  maintenance and upkeep of all the town owned buildings, including the schools, Town Hall, fire dept and DPW.   The facilities division assists all departments with Capitol building projects and has managed renovations in the Fire Dept., Town Hall and the Police Dept.  They were the proponent in the remodeling of the gazebo on the Town Common. The division is currently staffed with a director and 1 full time person who performs a variety of tasks.
